Fête des Tuileries – Paris, França
Summer is synonymous of festivities, so it is in Portugal with the ones done in the small villages, in Spain the same and where we live there is one in September, the great city of Paris has the Fête des Tuileries. We took our stroll through the garden to come by, it was early and the weather was threatening rain so it was not too crowded but it was still great to have a little bit of fun.

Situada no bairro mais bohémio de Paris – Montmartre, a Boulevard de Clichy é famosa pela sua agitada vida nocturna e o local onde podemos ver o célebre Moulin Rouge. Saímos na estação de metro de Pigalle mas a mais próxima do famoso cabaret é a Blanche.
Situated in the most bohemian district of Paris – Montmartre, the Boulevard of Clichy is famous for its bustling nightlife and where we can see the famous Moulin Rouge. We got out on the Pigalle metro station but the nearest famous cabaret is Blanche.
Ópera de Paris (Exterior) – Paris, França
Continuando o nosso passeio de bicicleta por Paris fomos parar á Praça da Ópera onde vimos uma grande agitação á volta do Palácio Garnier. Nele está a Academia Nacional de Música e a Ópera de Paris. Junto ás escadas do elegante edificio, um grupo de músicos tocava como se a Academia tivesse saído á rua e tinham bastante público. Ficámos algum tempo a ouvi-los tocar enquanto contemplávamos a fantástica fachada do palácio.
Continuing our bike ride through Paris we stopped at the Opera Square where we saw a great agitation around the Palais Garnier. In it there’s the National Academy of Music and the Paris Opera. Standing by the stairs of the elegant building, a group of musicians played as if the Academy had come out to the street and had they gathered quite a crowd. We stayed some time to listen to them play while we contemplated the awesome facade of the palace.
Arco do Triunfo – Paris, França
We went in Easter (April 25) and such ceremony according to what I read in guidebooks happened on May 8, when they celebrate the victory in World War II, the ritual is very similar there is an idle led by war veteran taking a wreath to put on the grave of the Unknown Soldier.
